  • Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we are located inside Almeda Mall in Houston TX.

  • What are your business hours?
We are open Monday- Saturday 10am-9pm and Sundays from Noon-6pm
  • Can I place an order by phone?

Absolutely, just contact the store at 832-866-2485 during business hours (Monday- Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm) and we will be glad to help you place your order and go over order details with you.

  • What happens after I place my order?

    The dresses on our site come in various colors and sizes. This however DOES NOT guarantee that all combinations are in stock and available to ship today. Once you place your order online, one of our team members will review your order to make sure the color and size you need is available. If your order is in stock we will confirm your order and you will receive a confirmation email that the order is being processed. If the item you selected is not available, our team member will contact you with the details and offer suggestions to substitute the item.
Please contact us at 832-866-2485 if you require a specific ship date prior to placing your order.
  • Will you charge my card even if the item I ordered is not in stock?
 When you place an order online, your payment will appear on your bank   account as a "pending" transaction. This means the charge has not been made but it is pending approval. Once one of our team members confirms you order the charge will be processed. If the item is not in stock then the "pending" amount will not be charged and it will not post to your account. 
  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed.

  • How do I know what size to choose?

Please refer to our size charts. All dresses are made based on a specific size chart for that dress. Taking you measurements and comparing them to the size chart will be the best way to get the correct size. 

Please keep in mind we all have different body types, your measurements may not always be an exact match to the measurement on the size chart. Alterations will sometimes be required and will be the best way to make the dress unique to you.

  • How do I check on the status of my order?

You will be receiving email confirmations regarding the status of your order, there is also an option at check out to opt in to receive text messages with your order status.
