Once you have placed your order at Ellidas Bridal, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order.
Our staff will promptly begin to process you order and you will receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. It can take 1-2 days for our staff to fulfill your order during peak times.
Please keep in mind that the dresses on our site come in various colors and sizes. This however DOES NOT guarantee that all combinations are in stock and available to ship today.
If the item you selected is NOT available, one of our team members will contact you with the details and offer suggestions to substitute the item.
Also rest assured that if the item you selected is NOT in stock the purchase amount will not be charged to your account.
You will see a "pending" transaction for your purchase amount but this will only be charged once your order is fullfilled. If the item is NOT in stock then the "pending" amount will NOT be charged and it will not post to your account.
After you order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with confirmation of fulfillment and the estimated delivery date for your order.
Items that are in stock and readily available have and approximate deliver time of 5-7 business days (depending on the shipping you select) including the processing time. Please plan with enough time to have your order arrive before your event. Items that are NOT in stock can take 12-16 weeks to ship and Quinceanera Dresses always take 14-16 weeks to ship.
